1. Commissions
> All items listed are digital products (no shipping).
>Item with price tag are for personal use only.If you need them for commercial purpose, please contact me for further details.Commercial prices will vary.
> I do not offer additional services such as faster delivery times. I have a long history with chronic back pain which might relapse if I push too much.2. Payment
Payment Options:
> For international buyers, there are two options. The first is via PayPal invoice. The second is direct transfer to my bank account, if you have Wise account.
> For buyers in Indonesia, payment can be made via QRIS (I use Gopay merchant account to accept QRIS payment). As of February 2025, this payment method is available in Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore but is limited to certain banks or payment gateways that support cross-border QRIS.Payment schemes:
> 25:25:25:25: The first payment (25%) before sketches, the second payment (25%) before flat colors, the third payment (25%) before adding details, and the fourth payment (25%) after the final product is complete.
> 50:50: The first payment (50%) before sketches, and the second payment (50%) after the final product is complete.
> Full upfront payment (100%): Full payment upfront before sketches.*For large commercial commissions, payment plans can be arranged.Payment Cancellation / Refund:
>Once you have paid, all payments are final. No refunds are allowed except in some specific circumstances listed below. So please make sure everything is correct before placing the order.
> In certain circumstances where I cannot complete the commission due to illness or injury, I will provide a partial refund depending on how much work has been completed. Another option is to receive a 20% refund of the total paid amount if you decide to extend the deadline and wait until I recover.3. How to Order
